  1. wow! this is hard hitting ! i didn’t see this coming, and nor did he; was this intentional? the gun was under lock and key so I suppose it was 🙁 how horrible !

  2. Wow, thanks for so creatively exposing the idiocy of guns. As I said on the site where I first read this, why do we even play with toy guns? Do we play with toy guillotines and electric chairs?

    • Stupidity seems to be appealing to many. Weapons and people don’t mix well. Thanks for your wise words, Geoff.

  3. My God what an ending, shocking! But I didn’t expect anything less shocking from your creative pen.

  4. The atmosphere of impending doom was palpable right from the very start of this piece! This is a remarkable thing to achieve in this short format! Wow! You are awesome at this, Terveen!👍🏼😮

  5. Wow, that’s such a surprise ending. I get it she’s his daughter, but I didn’t expect the sad ending. Just imagine how fragile we are–one little bullet will finish it all. I mean all the anguish, all the hopes, and all the turmoils.

    • It’s a very high price to pay for carelessly playing with danger. Guns (toy or real) are no one’s friends. Thanks so much.
