An Anniversary Gift (Flash Fiction Story) by Terveen Gill — Gobblers / Masticadores
Terveen Gill is a versatile author and writer who has had the pleasure of growing up on two different continents. Having spent her childhood years in the United States, she returned to India, and has since been living in Chandigarh, a beautiful city in North India. Choosing engineering as her path, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. However, paths are discovered only to be changed. What a dark tale. I guess nobody is rushing to his rescue and he’s going to due there. My heart just skip a beat when reading your tale. So haunting and so beautiful.
He’s got himself into a real mess. Guess he wasn’t thinking straight. But sometimes, strong emotions overpower all rationale. Thank you for your lovely comment. It indeed is a sad tale. 🙂

Often in life we are faced with situations where no one wins, or other times, we want to blame someone for something catastrophic but no one is too blame.
Exactly. Many instances are no-win situations. But still the blame and hurt bounces back and forth. Thanks so much. 🙂
