Terveen Gill
Terveen Gill is the author of Cobra Orchard, a morally complex psychological thriller set across two generations in rural India, where three women, a godman, and buried family secrets collide across two timelines. Based in Bengaluru, she is an award-winning fiction writer featured by Times of India and recognized by the Chandigarh Literary Society.
Her fiction lives in the silences: the things Indian families refuse to name, the characters who are neither good nor entirely innocent, and the questions that do not resolve easily. She is preparing to release her second thriller novel Karmic Devi.
Beyond writing, Terveen is an independent filmmaker, graphic novel art director, and editor. Her short films have been screened and recognized for their storytelling. She imparts the same precision and emotional honesty to her filmmaking that she does to her fiction.
She believes that the most dangerous stories are the ones that feel familiar.
